Selma Naman - Honored in Her Town
SELMA NAMAN of PORT WASHINGTON, MANHASSET, NY - CONVICTED FELON
Selma Naman Honored By Her Town - All Lies
There is a story about Selma Naman in the Port Washington Patch, a local publication. The story states that Selma Naman was honored by the Legislative Resolution in her town of Port Washington, NY for being an "outstanding individual" and a "wonderful young woman" filling her children's calendar with multiple "playdate events." The article goes on to say that she organizes events for low income families, volunteers at St. Jude Hospital and has her husband give free consultations to people in the community. As an added touch, Naman even adds a quote from the current mayor of her town.
Naman has done none of the aforementioned. What’s more, NAMAN WAS NEVER HONORED IN HER TOWN.
It was actually the Parent Resource Center (PRC) in Port Washington that was honored by the Legislative Resolution shortly before the date of Naman’s posting to the Port Washington Patch. Naman read the article and decided to change the facts in it and repost it making herself the honoree. The Patch shows the article as being posted by one Michael Sheldan but there is little doubt that Naman herself posted using an assumed name as she often does.
Here is the link to the fabricated article in the Port Washington Patch which was posted to the site on May 18, 2013.
Here is a link to the real article about this event which took place on April 20, 2013.
Selma Naman goes to great lengths to shield herself from her past. Despite her convictions for bank fraud, forgery and identity theft, Naman just doesn’t seem to learn from her mistakes. She continues to assume other’s identities via the multiple blogs and postings which she administers.
Naman does this in an attempt to throw people off from her criminal past. She wants as many good things about her to appear when people search her name to counteract the negative postings about her. Naman hopes this will cause enough confusion so that people will tend to believe the good things.
Selma Naman is no model citizen. The post above is just one of many where Naman changes the name and the facts to suit her. Naman is a pathological liar and a criminal. In the year 2000, Selma Naman was captured in California and carted off to face federal charges of bank fraud among other things. Naman was arrested in January, 2000. She was later convicted and sentenced to sixteen (16) months incarceration in a federal prison followed by five (5) years supervised release. (Court docs are available from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Case #: 00-0062M-01). She was again convicted of crimes in February 2007 while she was pregnant with her first child.
Naman tries to pass herself off as a past CIA/FBI agent even creating what we believe is a fake LinkedIn account which Naman is known to do. Perhaps Naman believes the occupation gives her an excuse for her many aliases. Selma Naman Jellabi Gursen has multiple blogs where she posts articles about CIA agents and changes the name in the article to her own while throwing in some real bits about her life so that people will believe it. SELMA NAMAN WAS NEVER A CIA/FBI AGENT.
