Nigel Naman of Manhasset, NY - Brother of Selma Naman, Convicted Felon
Nigel Naman is the son of DR. ISSA NAMAN AND MERIL NAMAN of Manhasset, NY. Nigel is the brother of Mona Naman and Selma Naman. Selma Naman is a convicted felon (FBI # 633631FB2, FEDERAL INMATE NUMBER 23256-016).
Nigel Naman graduated from Manhasset Senior High School located in Manhasset, NY in 2000. His sister, Mona Naman, graduated from the same school in the year 1999 and sister, Selma Naman, graduated in 1988. If you are wondering why there is such an age difference between Selma Naman and her two siblings, it is because Selma Naman is their half-sister. Selma Naman was adopted by Dr. Issa Naman after marrying their mother, Meral, in 1980. Selma was already 11 years old when the nuptials occurred.
Following in his father's footsteps, Nigel graduated from Windsor University on December 30, 2012 with a degree in medicine. As of 2014, Nigel Naman is in his first year of residency work at SSM Saint Mary’s Healthcare Center in St. Louis, MO
Nigel seems to be on track in keeping with his family’s legacy of filing law suits. Nigel’s father, DR. ISSA NAMAN, has criminal charges which he faced for conspiracy and accepting cash kickbacks. A warrant for the arrest of Dr. Issa Naman was issued in June, 1998.

There are also lawsuits brought against the Namans for failure to pay their bills including one from New York Presbyterian Hospital for the Naman’s failure to pay medical bills totaling over $334,000. Another way the Naman’s get out of paying their bills is to file for bankruptcy as Meral Naman did as a managing member of Min Shopping Center LLC which in 2011 filed for bankruptcy with a claim against them by HSBC bank for having a $25,000 overdraft in their checking account. Not to mention a claim by the State of Florida Escambia County for unpaid sales tax.

Selma Naman currently lives in Port Washington, NY. Despite her run-ins with the law, Selma Naman seems to welcome the opportunity to stand before a judge as evidenced by her many civil lawsuits, a trait which seems to run in the family - who knew this type of thing could be inherited (for more on the lawsuits read our serial sue-er blog for Selma Naman and Meral and Issa’s individual blog).
